Today I am sharing bengali style suji recipe. You can have this for breakfast or you can pack this for school lunch box. It also serve as a evening snack. Do try it and let me know how it turned out.
Ingredients -
1. Suji - 2 cups
2. Ghee - 1/2 cup to 1/3 cup
3. Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch.
4. Cardamom - 2
5. Dry red chili - 2
6. Bay leaf - 2
7. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
8. Chopped veggies of your choice - 2 cups around
9. Sliced Onion - 1
10. Grated ginger - 1tsp
11. Salt as per taste
12. Sugar - 1 tsp
13. Hot Water - 2 cups+ 2 tbsp
